ESL penalize OpTic for missing roster submission deadline

ESL have announced that ten percent of OpTic's earnings from ESL Pro League Season 6 will be deducted as they failed to submit their team's roster before the deadline.

ESL have recently made a decision concerning the North American organization as it ruled that OpTic could play in the North American division of the Pro League with their new European squad if they can "provide a plan outlining how they guarantee that the majority of their Pro League matches will be played from North America."

Today, ESL made another ruling about OpTic as they didn't submit their roster before the deadline.
